Thousands of dancing enthusiasts were treated to a sizzling dance TV reality show dubbed “Miksi Rep Ur Hood”.

Hundreds of students at the University of Ghana thronged the forecourt of the Hilla Limann hall (a local hall) in the university to take part in the maiden edition of the Miksi Gari Soakings party.

Cape Coast literally came to a standstill as the tournament was well received with massive participation from hundreds of residents in the Central regional capital.

The sporting event was organised as part of the activities marking the traditional festival celebration of these communities.

The quest to find “Ghana’s strongest” is getting more exciting as the sensational fitness TV reality show is brought to the doorsteps of indigenes in different communities with colorful support from the Miksi brand.

Renowned Ghanaian musician, Gasmilla, known for his electrifying dance moves has partnered with Miksi to organize the maiden edition of an inter-school dance competition dubbed “Joo Ni Ma Jo”.

The show, dubbed “Ghana’s Strongest”, is a fitness reality competition, which tests the resolve of contestants to showcase weight-lifting and muscle building skills.

Brand Manager for Miksi Chocolate, Mrs Linda Nartey, has indicated the brand’s interest in investing more resources into skating in order to develop the sport in Ghana. She made this known during the 2016 National Skating tournament, which was sponsored by Miksi Chocolate.
